Carl came to NorthStar from Chicago Animal Care & Control as an owner surrender. He is currently undergoing behavior rehabilitation with Your Dog's Best Friend and will be available to adopt shortly.

When Carl becomes available for adoption, he will be available to adopt within a 50 mile radius of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/Saint Paul.
