Tootie, along with her mother Sadie, was surrendered to NorthStar because her family could no longer care for them.
She is a 6 year old Shih Tzu/Poodle mix, just loves attention and being with her people! Tootie will do best in a home that will continue to work with her on learning and following rules & helping her to gain more confidence. She is house-trained, UTD on vetting and is spayed.

Tootie's adoption fee, including MN state taxes, is $321.83. She is available to adopt within a 50 mile radius of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/Saint Paul.
