Naomi is a sweet girl who has lost her forever mommy and her daddy's health is such that he can not properly care for her any longer.  This has been a sad situation for everyone, but she is being well cared for in her foster home.  While she's an older gal, she still has lots of time left to give someone all her love.  She is quiet when she initially meets new people but quickly warms up when she knows she's getting love and food:-)  She is not a total lap dog, she likes her space just like anyone does, but loves to sit next to her person.  She is playful and loves to play chase with her person.  She eats very well but is silly because she likes to go back and forth from her bowl to her doggie bed to eat.  She likes to sleep in her doggie bed at night and has never been in a crate.  She is used to other dogs so would be great in a home with other pets.  

Naomi has never lived with kids so we feel she would do best in a home with someone who is home most of the day with no kids.  She wants to be the kid and get all the attention.  She is all UTD on vetting.
