Simon is a delight!  He is a 10 1/2 yr old Tzu who was born with a cleft palette.  he does absolutely fine with it!  Simone has had some skin issues that caused him to be "smelly" so his family decided hat they would give him up because they were getting new furniture....however, since being in rescue we have put him on a high quality diet, he is taking meds to clear up the skin infection and doing remarkably well!!  He's a quiet, sweet boy who loves other dogs but no cats for this guy.  

He is available for adoption in the Mpls/St.Paul and surrounding areas.  We run an application of vet references, groomers, personal and also do a home visit.
