Owen came to us as an owner surrender with another Shih Tzu.  He is in a wonderful foster home now doing very well.  He is house trained, utd on vetting, neutered and is ready for his final forever home.  Owen has full run of his fosters house, loves to follow his foster mom around, cuddles and go places.  He has a young energy, but not too much that is unmanageable.  He loves walks!  Owen would be great in a home with another dog or by himself.  His adoption fee is $400.
