Popeye's Foster Mom says: " He's such a sweet sweet boy! Every morning after he eats breakfast and goes outside (he's 100% house trained and runs back inside when we call him) him and I cuddle and play with toys before we leave for work. He's always SO happy to see us when we get home and dances around the kitchen, it's absolutely adorable. He's great on walks, he doesn't pull at all and stays right next to me the whole time. He also loves cuddling on the couch when we watch tv or just hang out. He can be shy with new people but only for a short time. He's great traveling too; he doesn't get anxious in the car and LOVES boat rides. Overall he's a super easy-going sweetheart." Popeye was surrendered by his owners who could no longer care for him. His exact age is unknown, but our vet's best guess puts him at 8. He came to us with large bladder stones, but thankfully they dissolved completely with just the proper diet. He may need to continue on this food for the rest of his life, but is otherwise totally healthy. He is very calm, and does well with other dogs and respectful children. Whoever adds Popeye to their family will be very fortunate, he is truly a wonderful little guy!
