Pepper Update!

Pepper is now undergoing behavior training because we have discovered that he likes to make his own rules and enforce them. He is learning to trust humans to make and enforce rule for him so he doesn't have to, and can relax and enjoy being a beloved companion. His new owners will need to be calm and assertive, and consistent in enforcing all rules, so that he doesn't become confused by mixed signals. He is not a dog for a beginning dog owner. If you tink you can continue helping Pepper to become a happy well-balanced dog, please send us an email so we can get the adoption process startwithin a 75 mile radius of Mied. 

Pepper was saved and rescued from Chicago Animal Care and Control. He is a baby who was on their euthanization list! We saved him with help from many people and he finally made it to Mpls. He is with his foster family and  doing great, craves lots of attention and is learning to finally be a dog who can depend on his humans to take care of him. Pepper is utd on his vetting and has been neutered. He is very very under weight, but other than that is healthy. He loves walks, cuddling, being touched and he gives kisses for thanks:-)!!
