Hi, I'm Ellie Mae! Here's what my foster mother has to say about me:
"I want you to meet one of the bravest little dogs with one of the biggest hearts, her rescue name is Ellie Mae given to her foster Mom. She came into rescue one of two girls, breeder releases from WI, identified only as big girl, about 7 years. No name. No information. Nothing. No collar, food, training or anything. What has happen from there has been remarkable! Since she has been in our home and given the care and love that she deserves, in 8 short days has gone from a shaking dog that wouldn't come out of a crate to a delightful, smart and loving house pet. With the help of our resident dogs we have literally taught her how to "dog". The metamorphosis has included coming out of the crate, learning to go outside to potty, learning to accept being petted, to eat food out of a bowl and not the floor, to accept treats and even take them from a hand, and learning that toys exist and they are fun to play with. She has done all of these things and more with her tail constantly wagging. She is an amazing girl with a wonderful personality and the love of people. That is what drew her out of the crate. She wants to be with people and love life.
My adoption fee, including MN state taxes, is $321.83. I'm available to adopt within a 50 mile radius of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/Saint Paul.
